For online transactions for personal customers the following applies:

The distance selling regulations give customers the right to cancel a contract within seven days of receipt of goods. This is slightly different in the case of the provision of a service (such as furniture hire). If you make a booking with us which is due to start more than seven days in advance then you may cancel the contract at any time in those 7 days. You must inform us by email to enquiries@cascadeevents.co.uk and if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours we suggest you follow up with a phone call.

If the booking is due to start less than seven days from the date you booked it then, by making the booking, you are deemed to accept that our service will start before the usual cancellation period ends. You may cancel the booking at any point up to the delivery of the furniture.
